Prayer, whether formal or informal, is a conversation with God. It is an implicit recognition of the presence of God. In praying, we strengthen the recognition of HIS presence, which draws us closer to Him. It is our opportunity to lift our minds toward God as an expression of our Adoration of God through prayers of praise and thanksgiving, intercession and petition.
As a church family, we are able to ask earnestly for the needs of our parishioners. This is the beauty of our family. We are one Body, one family, one Church. We are here to support and lift each other as we go through trials and tribulations. Know that you are never alone.
How Does It Work?
At St. Bridget Church, we receive numerous prayer requests through our online prayer request or through the rectory. These prayer requests are a wonderful opportunity for both the giver and the receiver. “We ought always to pray and not lose heart.” Support, hope and mercy are available to all that ask.
Our parish has a dedicated team of Prayer Warriors who unite their prayers and intentions daily for requests submitted.
