The group is guided by trained facilitators as participants’ journey from grief to healing.  It is based on the belief that sharing and talking about one’s thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe situation with others in similar situations, is one of the most helpful ways to move beyond the pain that is caused by the death of a loved one.
